The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the website hypekicksclub.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") from the company Hypekicksclub.

1. Definitions

2. Purpose
These Terms govern the sale of products from Hypekicksclub to the Client, including ordering, payment, delivery, and return processes. The products are intended for personal use only.
3. Acceptance of Terms
The Client accepts these Terms before confirming an order by checking the appropriate box during checkout. The current Terms apply to the order and override all prior versions.
4. Purchasing Products
Clients must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian. Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information during checkout.
5. Orders
5.1 Product Information
All essential product details are provided on product pages. Products are authentic and meet EU and Swedish regulations.
5.2 Ordering Process
Clients select products, choose size/quantity, and add them to the cart. After confirming order details, shipping method, and payment method, the Client completes the order via secure checkout.
5.3 Order Confirmation
A confirmation email is sent after order placement. Invoices are accessible after delivery.
5.4 Order Date
The order date is the date the confirmation email is sent. Processing and delivery timelines begin from this date.
Hypekicksclub reserves the right to cancel orders in case of unresolved disputes or suspected fraud.
6. Prices
Prices are shown in USD or EUR, including VAT. Shipping fees are extra and displayed during checkout. Prices are fixed during the promotional validity period.
7. Product Availability
Products are delivered according to availability. If a product is out of stock, the Client is notified and may request a full refund within 14 days.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Payment Methods
Clients can pay using credit/debit cards, Klarna, Swish (Sweden), or PayPal. Transactions are encrypted and secured.
8.2 Payment Issues
If payment is declined, the Client must provide a valid method or the order will be canceled.
9. Shipping
We ship within Europe and to select international countries. Products are sent to the address provided during checkout.
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 2–12 business days depending on the destination.
Clients will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
If the client is absent during delivery, the carrier (UPS) may offer redelivery, neighbor drop-off, or pickup point collection.
Clients must inspect the package on delivery and may refuse it if damaged.
10. Ownership Transfer
Products remain the property of Hypekicksclub until full payment is received. Risk transfers to the client upon delivery.
11. Record Keeping
Orders over 120 EUR are archived for 10 years in compliance with Swedish and EU consumer laws.
12. Right of Withdrawal
Clients may withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of delivery by notifying us via email or form.
Products must be returned in original condition within 30 days of withdrawal notice. Return costs are the responsibility of the client.
Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment.
13. Return Policy
Clients may return products within 30 days. Products must be in original condition and only tried on.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. The cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
