How can I track my order?

You can track your order in two ways:

  1. From your account dashboard under "My Orders". The order status will show as “Processing” until it has been shipped.

  2. Once your item has passed our verification process, it will be shipped via UPS. You’ll then receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery in real time.
    After receiving this email, delivery usually takes 2 business days.

For home deliveries, if you're not available on the delivery day, UPS may offer to:

  • Reschedule the delivery

  • Deliver to a trusted neighbor

  • Drop off at a nearby pickup point

For pickup point deliveries, you’ll be notified once your package is ready for collection.

You can also use the “Track My Order” section in the menu at any time.
